Custom Uniform Return & Remake Policy

Every Loudline Extras uniform order is custom made specifically for your team. Because these products are created using your approved designs, colors, logos, names, numbers, sizes, and other personalization, all custom uniforms, jerseys, and personalized apparel are final sale once approved and entered into production.

Custom merchandise is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We stand behind the products we provide. If a verified manufacturing or production error occurs, Loudline Extras will work with you to correct the affected merchandise.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Once final artwork and order details have been approved and the order has entered production, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Incorrect sizes selected or submitted by the customer or team

  • Incorrect names, numbers, spelling, or other information provided by the customer

  • Design elements, colors, logo placement, fonts, or other details shown on approved artwork

  • Minor color variations between screens, digital mock-ups, printed materials, fabric types, or production batches

  • Fit preferences when the garment received corresponds with the size ordered

  • Changes requested after approval or after production has begun

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork and order information before approval.

Manufacturing or Production Errors

If you believe an item contains a manufacturing defect or differs materially from the approved order, please contact Loudline Extras within 15 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Photographs of garment labels or packaging

  • The affected player's name, number, and size

  • A description of the problem

  • Return of the affected merchandise for inspection

Once a verified manufacturing or production error has been confirmed, Loudline Extras will determine the appropriate corrective action.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repair or correction

  • Reprinting

  • Replacement of the affected item

Our goal is to provide the product that was originally ordered and approved.

Right to Correct an Order

If an error can reasonably be corrected through repair, reprint, or replacement, Loudline Extras must be given the opportunity to correct the affected merchandise.

Refusal of an offered correction, reprint, or replacement does not change the final-sale status of the order.

Return of Defective Merchandise

Loudline Extras may require merchandise with a reported defect or production error to be returned before replacement merchandise is produced or provided.

If merchandise must be returned because of a verified Loudline Extras or manufacturing error, Loudline Extras will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

No merchandise should be returned without prior authorization.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate sizes using the sizing information provided.

Because custom garments are made specifically for each team and player, incorrect size selections are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or complimentary replacements unless the manufacturer produced a size different from the size ordered.

We strongly encourage teams to carefully review available sizing charts before submitting final sizes.

Artwork & Order Approval

Approval of your order confirms that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable details, including:

  • Team name and logo

  • Garment design

  • Colors

  • Names

  • Numbers

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Spelling

  • Logo and artwork placement

  • Other personalization

Please review all information carefully before approval.

Once an order has been approved and entered into production, changes may not be possible. If changes can still be made, additional production charges may apply.

Color & Production Variations

Digital mock-ups are intended to represent the final design as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently between computer screens, mobile devices, printed materials, and finished fabrics.

Minor differences in color, placement, stitching, fabric, or other normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered production defects.
